We are Carolina and Philip, we live in Palma de Mallorca, and together we bring ComeCalla to life. We share a passion for cooking, service, cocktails, and everything that makes an event truly successful. While one of us brings the flavor and flair to the table, the other ensures everything runs smoothly, taking care of the pace and details, so the celebrations flow effortlessly.
THE CHEF
Philip comes from the north, but with a southern soul… and half the world in his head. He started out painting and designing, but traded the canvas for the stove and hasn't stopped creating since. He cooks the way he thinks, blending travels, cultures, and zero fear of combining them. Asian, Mediterranean, and South American influences collide in his dishes with color, flavor, and plenty of attitude, creating a cuisine that is both felt and enjoyed.
ROOM DIRECTOR
With Colombian roots and a restless spirit, Carolina arrived in Spain at the age of 13 and began navigating the world of service, wines, and cocktails, mastering the art of the trade. Over time, she shifted her focus to event planning, specializing in protocol and the organization of various celebrations. She has always had a clear vision: to attend to every detail, make each guest feel welcome, and do everything possible to exceed client expectations.
